First Skate of 2014-2015 Season
It is finally that time of year again that the weather has turned cold enough to freeze the water we put down in our backyard. However, it is a little more delayed than we would have liked as the Rink Manager had a couple of issues with a holes in the tarp (note to self add water right after you put the tarp down next year).
The kids are super excited about skating on the rink and we got both of them out there as soon as the Ice was ready. Brecken was doing really good and you can tell he is much more comfortable this year being out on the ice with skates. In fact it took me a while to get him off the ice as he didn't want to stop skating. Madiana showed no fear as normal and did a great job staying up on her skates with/without the helper.
