Winter Fun

We had a fun afternoon of picking out our family Christmas tree!  We bundled up together as we took a wagon ride to the field.....

After searching, we FOUND OUR TREE :)

Back on the wagon to get warm.... And more importantly, to get back to the sales center and enjoy hot apple cider, peanuts, and fresh out-of-the-oven chocolate chip cookies :) 

After playing in the snow last weekend, we came inside to enjoy some homemade hot chocolate and marshmallows.... YUM!

Last Saturday, we went to Eric's work to meet Santa and enjoy cookies, treats, coloring, animal balloons, and gifts!  Thanks for the fun time, ATK!

Seriously, could he BE any cuter???  A very nice lady came around with a HUGE basket full of gifts and each kiddo got to choose something.  Brecken chose a Spiderman puzzle and as you can see, he was excited :)

We stopped by Eric's office before leaving....

Our winter is off to a fun start and is about to get INTERESTING as we prepare to welcome our little lady into our home!!  With Brecken, I was on bed rest at 20 weeks and he was born at 34 weeks and 1 day...... With our little girl, I am happily still working and am proud to be 34 weeks and 1 day TODAY!  It's amazing the difference between pregnancies, though the doctor obviously knew my history and was able to proactively treat me to not have a repeat performance of Brecken :)  We are anxious to meet her, excited to bring her home, and thrilled to see Brecken as a big brother!!  We will keep everyone posted :)
