Brecken's first roller coaster ride!
The birthday weekend continues..... And it seems like it is more "Brecken's birthday" than mine. Who knew all I would want for my 30th was for my baby to have a wonderful time :)
We went to the aquarium first, but following Brecken's late-night movie marathon, he was still a little sleepy. Instead of his typical running, he opted for a stroller ride as we perused the animals. I won't lie- It was MUCH more relaxing than our typical trips! He woke up towards the end of the aquarium as we neared the "Sea Life park" and he had a great time running, sliding, and playing with the other kiddos. We then decided we would stroll through Nickelodeon land as we have so many times before. This time, however, Brecken was SUPER excited about the rides..... Especially once he saw a gigantic "schoo bus" that went "up high." He LOUDLY started repeating "my turn schoo bus up high, my turn schoo bus up high, my turn schoo bus up high!!" Thinking he wouldn't be tall enough to ride any of the rides anyway, we told him we would have to read the sign to see what the rules are. Here is Brecken verifying that he COULD ride but would need a chaperone....
Here are mommy and Brecken getting ready to ride the "orange schoo bus up high!"
Excited....
Taking it all in....
Note the death grip Brecken has on my coat!!!!! :) When it first took up and started to circle around Brecken said, "Weeeeeeeeeeee, up high!" but that was quickly followed by "uh oh!" and then he didn't release his grip the rest of the ride :)
Towards the end he was pleading, "My off! My off! My off! My off!" As you can tell, I was laughing at my poor baby's misery :(
The ride is ending....
.... Brecken still requesting "My off! My off! My off!"
I won't lie, I enjoyed the snuggles :)
Once that ride stopped, he was back to being a brave boy, telling ALL kinds of stories about his heoric feats on the orange school bus that went up so high!
Conquering bus #2: This one powered by quarters and low to the ground :)
