Fun with the Fulkersons!

We had sooooooooooooooooooooo much fun with the Fulkersons!!! We celebrated 1st birthdays for Brecken and Kallie, visited the Blank Park Zoo in Des Moines, watched fireworks, went swimming, and shared many, MANY laughs. Another highlight of the weekend was getting to hang out with the Amundsons! Chris & Tara joined us on Saturday for dinner and fireworks and we were finally able to meet little Kaia... What a cutie she is! I am so bummed however, because I didn't get a picture of Kaia and Brecken together as I planned to :( Luckily, we will see them in a few weeks so will make sure to snap a picture then!

Haha... This picture makes me laugh :) Getting a picture of 3 kids at the same time is a difficult task!

Brecken and Ty had a battle of the wills, so to speak... They weren't pushing or fighting by any means, but neither was sure how to move and not lose their place on the slide :)

During one of our meals, Brecken wore a blueberry on his nose for a large chunk of time without knowing it :)

Brecken was still napping when it was lunch time, so Kallie got in his pack-n-play to wake him up....

My child is seriously the MESSIEST eater in the world. Seriously.

It was so much fun to have the kiddos together and watch them interact :)

Happy 4th of July from the cutest little firecrackers :)

We went out to eat with the Holland family and had a great time at Hickory Park... The 4 kiddos kept life interesting for the parents :) Here is Brecken enjoying a cherry from the top of his sundae!

Kallie and Lissa joined us in Nevada for lunch and one last play date while we were in the area. As much as Brecken loves Kallie, he seems to love her shoes just as much... Hmmmm. He seems to be going through a bit of a "shoe phase" lately, and wants to check everyone's shoes out. Here he is trying Kallie's shoes on :)
