We are just so lucky!

Brecken let my students borrow his tools, workbench, dump trucks and building bricks for their "Build It Big" unit the last month of school. He was super excited to see them all coming back home and anxious to check them out. He loved building things with his bricks!!

Following our Chinese dinner, which Brecken loved, he apparently saved lots of room for dessert. We had some frozen yogurt and wafer cookies.... Normally Brecken loves any kind of ice cream/ frozen yogurt, but today it was the cookies that he couldn't get enough of.

We say to each other quite often how very lucky we are to have our little Brecken. He is perfect in every way... From his bright blue eyes to his temper tantrums when we won't let him play in the trash can :) He is JUST PERFECT!

This weekend was an odd mix of productivity and extreme laziness, but it was a great start to our summer vacation. We are kicking it off tomorrow with a play date with Anna Fiscus!! We are so excited to see her and her mommy and I am sure we will have pictures to share at the end of the day. Anna and Chris are coming over here early in the morning so Brecken can share his toys, and then show Anna a fun place that he likes to take his Mommy & Daddy... The Eden Prairie Play Land!

In other news, Brecken must be stretching up and slimming down as his pants are all falling off of him! Some of the clothes that almost got thrown into the "too small for him" totes a month ago are now sliding off with every crawl. We might have to go back through his 12 month pants that he outgrew months ago and pull them back into rotation!
