Arizona!

I'd like to say that I am writing this from sunny Arizona, but as it turns out, I'm just writing from Arizona..... The sun is something we haven't seen much of since we got here unfortunately. It's been raining, go figure! Don't get me wrong, it's still MUCH nicer than the weather we are used to and it is SO nice to be able to go outside without bundling Brecken up in his winter coat/ mittens/ hat!

Brecken and Daddy at the airport at 5:30am on Saturday... Notice we left him in his jammies for the day which he loved :) Brecken was wide awake from the moment we woke him up and took him out of his crib, but doesn't he look so tired here??

Looking out the airplane window before take off...

As this was Brecken's first plane ride, we weren't sure how it would go. It was an early morning flight, he hadn't eaten since 7pm the night before (we were holding off so that he could have his bottle during take off at 7:30 to avoid pressure in his ears), he is still on medicine for an ear infection, and he his first tooth popped through just yesterday.... All signs pointed to THIS COULD BE A DISASTER! Gladly, we were completely wrong as Brecken did AMAZING on his first plane ride! He only slept about 10 minutes, but was happy and playing the rest of the trip.
