MY JOEY!!!!!!  LOVE LOVE LOVE HIM!

MY JOEY!!!!!!  LOVE LOVE LOVE HIM!

In all of my sadness yesterday about missing the New Kids On the Block concert, I failed to proclaim my excitement about Junior reaching 26 weeks!  This is yet another huge milestone and I couldn't be happier about his continued growth and development.  Unfortunately, the 2 events collided on the same day and Junior's 26th birthday was overshadowed by my sadness.  I DID say that I would only have one day of self-pity, but to be perfectly honest, I'm still feeling a little sad.  I think I'll give it until the end of the week to slowly let the sadness taper away and by next Monday I'll be back to a girl who is embracing bed rest with full sincerity!  In the mean time, I switch to a different NKOTB shirt each day (how sad is it that I actually OWN enough shirts to make this possible??) and will wallow in the concert photos as I receive them from those who went.

Tanya, Zoey, and Yvonne- It looks like you had a fabulous time and I was SO thankful to watch picture after picture after picture flood into my inbox this morning- Thank you!  When you wrote in your email about how you got to pose next to Donnie, I almost vomited in jealousy!  I also had to take an extra "stop the contraction" pill while looking at the pictures as my heart was beating out of my chest with excitement.... Knowing you were in the SAME place as the NEW KIDS last night.  OMG!

Jen- Thanks so much for your texts, pictures, and calls throughout the concert!  It was so good to hear the boys singing, though I could mostly just hear the crazy fans screaming.  I remember my concert in October was like that- More screaming than I could even imagine in one place.  It was deafening!  And yet SO cool!

Zoey, Tanya & Yvonne.... Yvonne, where is your NKOTB shirt???  I could have loaned you one AND still had enough for me to wear every day this week!!!

I would like to acknowledge that for some of you, who have never understood my deep devotion to "my boys" over the past 20 years, this blog has probably been painful - even excruciating- to read.  Know that I am not turning this into a shrine to NKOTB and like I said, it'll be back to bed rest shananigans in no time.  But lets be honest, it is not as if I've thought about much else over the past several days so this is as good as it gets from my bed....

So to Junior.... Happy 26th week!  ...and to the New Kids on the Block if they somehow stumble across my site-- PLEASE COME TO MY BEDROOM FOR A PERSONAL CONCERT!
