Junior is at 25 weeks today!

We are happy to report that it was a fairly uneventful weekend and Junior is officially in his 25th week!  YAY!  Friday was a fun day, as I had several visitors throughout the day to keep me company.... Made the day fly!  Thanks for everyone who stopped by :)  And for all the great things you bought!!  Thank you, thank you!

Saturday and Sunday were pretty low key with Eric running errands, catching up on laundry, dishes, etc.  And me... Well, I just laid on my left side:)  Matt, Jill, and Michael came over Saturday night for dinner and as always, it was fun to see them.  Little Michael (16 months) has now perfected the art of climbing up Tucker and PJ's stairs beside my bed so he can get to me.

He even shared some Dairy Queen ice cream with Auntie April while sitting on the bed :)  Yum.

Eric and I played board games yesterday.  Has anyone ever played "Life" with someone who counts his moves aloud and with each pass of "Pay Day" substitutes the respective number with "Cha Ching!"  Very annoying.  Of course his career and salary were better than mine so his pay days were a little more meaningful than mine.  How true life was played out during our board game, ha :)  And incase anyone is wondering, no Eric did not take pity on the patient and let me win.  He counted up his money to the dollar and announced exactly how much he beat me by.

Nice.  Guess I should stick to the solo games like Suduko and Cross Word Puzzles.  I may not be good at them, but no one actually beats me.

The weather seemed so nice out this weekend!  I have no proof of that, but know that I didn't see any snow through the window and Eric opened the windows up to let fresh air in.  It felt good.  Eric did some small bedroom changes to try to accomodate the left side laying..... He even sacrificed his "Wii" tv downstairs (our big screen) and brought that up to the bedroom.  WOW, what a difference that makes!!  Watching a movie is now a whole new experience and I would have never dreamed of having such a big tv in the bedroom.  Will never

again after Junior is here, so might as well enjoy it while I can!  We also now have a small dorm fridge in our master bathroom.  Odd, you might say?  Yes...  However, this allows me to grab my sack lunch and fresh water when I'm up for my once/ three hour potty breaks and then clears up some area on my nightstand to keep books/ magazines/ etc. instead of having my little lunch box there.  It's amazing all that I have accomplished and been able to do in the past 7 days, all within the confines of 4 walking steps.

Contractions are staying consistent (but not worse), and although I'm having more pressure/ pain I wonder if some of that is simply due to laying around and not being able to move around?  Junior is also moving around a ton and I swear I counted over 15 full somersaults yesterday alone.  Eric says he's gearing up for track and I say he's going to be in gymnastics someday!  Either way, he seems to be growing each day and despite the horrible angle in which I now have to take pictures, the tummy gets bigger and bigger!
